How to Cancel Subscription

Note:

1. If you purchased from the Google Play Store, you may need to manage your subscription there; if you purchased from the App Store, please go to your phone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

2. If you need to cancel your subscription, you can contact our Support Team. We will respond within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can refer to the following tutorial to cancel your subscription yourself.

How to Cancel a Subscription in Your Account Center [Recommended]

Step 1. Log in to your Vcows Account Center.

Step 2. Find "Manage Subscriptions" - "My Subscriptions". Find the product you want to cancel.

Step 3. Tap "Cancel Subscription".

Step 4. Verify your account. Enter your email address and obtain a verification code to complete the verification.

Step 5. If there are no technical issues with the product, select "Cancel Still".

Step 6: If you do not need to delay the deduction of days, select "Cancel Still".

Step 7: Consider your next subscription discount. If not, tap "Cancel Still".

Step 8: Select "Confirm". Your subscription is now canceled.
